The development of the versions of those involved (referring to all those involved, Muhammad and the three defendants)

In her summary, the accuser claimed that at the beginning of the police interrogations, the four people involved tried to distance themselves from the murder scene and sometimes chose the path of silence, but in any case they did not claim even a hint that their entire conduct on the day of the murder revolved around a transaction to steal/obtain drugs in the southern region and sell them (the drug version).  On October 16, 2020, defendants 2 and 3 responded to the charges, and then the drug version was presented for the first time.  It was claimed that following this version, defendant 1 and Muhammad tried to adapt their version in court to the said version.  The accuser further claimed that on October 22, 2020, at the first evidentiary hearing in its amendment, counsel for defendant 1 provided a response to the indictment on behalf of defendant 1 and claimed, inter alia, that "with regard to the trip to the Occupied Territories, the defendant admits that he drove and joined the trip, once out of boredom in order to shop in the Occupied Territories, and there they parted.  As far as drugs are concerned, he has nothing to do with any other offense, including drugs.  As for the day of the incident, the defendant was not part of the day of the incident and was on his way to Lod at the time of the murder."

It was also noted that at this hearing, Muhammad's testimony was heard for the first time, in which he refused to answer most of the questions he was asked.  On October 7, 2021 and October 26, 2021, Muhammad came up to testify as a defendant in his trial, and following defendants 2 and 3, he chose to tell about the "drug version" (P/162, P/162A).

On 14 February 2022, Muhammad's testimony was heard again in his amendment in which he continued to tell about the aforementioned drug version, and on 6 November 2022, Muhammad's third testimony was heard in which he again refused to cooperate with any of the parties' attorneys.
