The trip from Lod to the Dor Alon gas station – In her summaries regarding the trip from Lod to the Dor Alon gas station, the accuser claimed that in Muhammad's statements in his testimony at his trial, Muhammad claimed that all four left Lod at "11:12" in defendant 2's X6 car, in the direction of Hura (P/162, pp. 568, 569).
With regard to the route of travel, Muhammad initially stated that defendant 2 came in his 6X and he himself came in a Toyota, put the same girl in and then defendant 2 arrived and they waited (P/162A, p. 569).
Later, he claimed that they drove to Be'er Sheva and from there he took the Toyota and drove to Hura, and when he was slammed because according to the Ituran he did not get to Hura at all, but drove directly to Lakiya, he got into trouble with his answers.
As for defendant 1, it was claimed that according to him, in response to the indictment, he was not part of the day of the incident, and at the time of the murder he was on his way to Lod. It was claimed that later in his testimony, defendant 1 initially stated that he had traveled from Lod to Beersheba, and that he had been told to wait near Lakiya (December 26, 2022, p. 280), and later testified that he had arrived with Muhammad in a Toyota from Lod to Dor Alon Lakiya and that they had traveled to meet defendants 2 and 3 (pp. 297-299). As for defendant 2, it was argued that defendant 2 stated that he and defendant 3 had arrived alone from Lod to Lakiya (P.C. 10.1.23 stood at 340-341), and also noted that Muhammad and defendant 3 spoke on the phone and Muhammad told them where to go. (P. 10.1.23, pp. 342-345). With regard to Defendant 3, it was claimed by the accuser that Defendant 3 said that Muhammad called him and told him that he would reach Defendant 2 to drive south, and that they would both drive south.
According to the accuser's version, too, the statements given by defendants 2 and 3 are consistent with each other's statements.
Moreover, an examination of the statements of defendant 1 shows that in his statements in court regarding the trip from Lod to Dor Alon Lakiya, he gave a version that generally fits the statements of defendants 2 and 3. However, his words contradicted the words he conveyed in his reply, and this has considerable significance. Muhammad's statements at his trial contradict the statements of defendants 2 and 3, and it is no wonder that Muhammad told a confused story in his trial that he tried to escape from the murder, and got involved in his false version that did not match the data of the Ituran device that was in defendant 2's car.
