In her arguments relating to the conversation at the Dor Alon gas station in Lakiya, the accuser claimed that Muhammad claimed in his words that the four were waiting for the same Sayid who was supposed to steal the drug, and that he did not know what they were talking about (P/162A, pp. 646-7). They later claimed that they had discussed the theft (P. 14 February 2022, p. 272). According to the claim, defendant 1 said that they had talked about the drug deal, (P. 26.12.22, pp. 9-318). Defendant 2, for his part, said that they talked about the Hydro's theft plan (P. 26.12.22, p. 357), and later said that at the gas station he smoked a Hydro and Defendant 3 drove at the exit, but later changed his version and said that he himself drove at the exit. (ibid., pp. 357, 377). It was argued that defendant 3 claimed in his testimony that at the gas station they talked about the transaction (F. 21 March 2023, p. 287) and he tried to present a representation that had nothing to do with the drug deal. He also claimed that he was the driver at the exit from the Lakiya gas station, and at the point of encounter he changed with defendant 2 so that the latter drove back. (p. 289).
In general, it can be said that even after examining the accuser's statements, no real contradictions were found between the words of the four on the matter, and even the apparent contradiction between the words of defendant 2 and the words of defendant 3 on the question of who was driving when leaving the Dor Alon station to the meeting point does not raise or lower it.
In the accused's arguments regarding the exit from the Dor Alon gas station, it was claimed that Muhammad said that he drove with defendant 1 in a Toyota to the same Sa'id Hurra, and that he did not remember what he said to defendants 2 and 3 (P/162A, pp. 647-8), and then updated his version and said that the defendants spoke on the phone and settled between them where they would find each other. (P/162A, pp. 656-7, 662) With regard to defendant 1, it was noted that he said that after his stay in Lakiya he did not remember anything and that he had arrived in Hura (P. 26 December 2022, pp. 300-302), and with regard to defendant 2, it was claimed that the defendant stated that they had gone to the place since Muhammad had said to go after him (P. 26 December 2023, pp. 357-358). Defendant 3 said that they drove to the place where they were directed by Muhammad, who asked to follow him, and the coordination was made by telephone.
