The accuser's arguments regarding additional evidence are reinforcing – the accuser's counsel also noted that in addition to the defendants' lies, there is additional evidence to support the prosecution's thesis. In her summaries, the accuser referred to the sighting of defendant 2's car, and it was argued that the importance of this evidence lies in the fact that the exact documentation of the routes of defendant 2's car on both 14 June 2019 and 17 June 2019 is consistent with Muhammad's statements to the informant and additional evidence. It was also claimed that another corroborating piece of evidence was the footage from the security cameras of the Dor Alon gas station in Kia, in which the defendants are seen with Muhammad on the day of the murder, at the hours described in the indictment, as part of the preparations for the murder. It was claimed that Muhammad used a mobile phone numbered 050-2044287 at the relevant time, and this fact indicates that he was preparing to commit the murder using a mobile phone that was not the legitimate device in his possession.
The development of the defendants' versions and their testimonies in court The accusing counsel claimed that at first the defendants tried in police interrogations to distance themselves from everything related to the murder, and later they also remained silent. It was claimed that the drug version was a "change of front", and that it was born on October 16, 2020, when defendants 2 and 3 replied to the charge against them. According to the accuser, following this version, the rest of the people involved later tried to adapt their testimonies in court to that version. With regard to the testimonies of the defendants in the trial, it was claimed that the defendants presented puzzling fragments of details that contradicted each other, both between the defendants themselves and between the defendants and Muhammad.
In her summary, counsel for the accuser sought to refer to the defendants' lies in court by means of a table in which they referred to the defendants' statements and Muhammad's words on various issues, and noted contradictions and discrepancies between the versions. It was argued that the aforementioned discrepancies and the lies presented also constitute support for the accusing evidence to prove what is described in the indictment against the defendants.
