In light of all the above, it can be concluded that insofar as the matter relates to Muhammad's statements in the context of Defendant 2 (20A) it will not be possible at the end of the day to learn whether Defendant 2 knew of the intention to murder or not, and in these circumstances there will be no choice but to turn to the rest of the evidence relating to Defendant 2 in order to learn about the issue of knowing Muhammad's intention to murder the deceased. In light of this, there will be no choice but to turn to other things that Muhammad said in relation to defendant 2 (20A), and to the rest of the evidence relating to defendant 2 in order to learn about the issue of knowing Muhammad's intention to murder the deceased.
It should be noted that during Muhammad's conversations with the informant, Muhammad did not mention the subject of the "drug deal" at all, but after it became clear that the "drug deal" did not touch on Muhammad and Defendant 1, and in fact did not touch on the murder itself, there is a reasonable possibility that there was a discussion about the issue that touched on the way in which Defendant 2 was brought to join the event as a rescuer, under a false pretext, and in fact there was a discussion about a side issue that the defendant was referring to (lack of interest, Ignoring, wanting to conceal it) chose not to tell the informant about him.
Driving on 120 km/h back from Hura to Lod
In the course of the conversation P/20A, Muhammad said additional things in the context of defendant 2, which were not brought by the accuser in her summaries, but were noted in the summaries of the defendant's counsel, and they must be examined one by one.
There is no dispute between the parties that defendants 2 and 3 drove back from the meeting point in the Hura area towards the city of Lod together with Muhammad and defendant 1. Defendant 2 stated in his testimony in court that he drove back to Lod, and that at the beginning of the trip he had argued with Muhammad about the drugs that Muhammad was supposed to bring from Hurra, but he did not bring, and he also claimed that Muhammad was angry about the speed of his travel. "On the way I tell him what about the hydro, where is the hydro? What did you do? He said to me, "Go, go quickly, what do you want to hand me over to the police?.... Why do you travel on 120" (ibid., pp. 160, 12, 13).
