These are allegations that were not made at the police station, but were made only in court, but the words of defendant 2 are certainly consistent with what Muhammad said to the informant, in the dubbing conversations, which, as stated, are the main evidence in his case, and therefore the words are of great value to our case.

Thus, in the dubbing conversation between Muhammad and the informant, the two talked about their journey in the defendant's car 2 X6 (BMW) from the meeting point in the area of Hura to the city of Lod, and this is how the conversation sounded:

"Detainee No. 2, Muhammad Assiwi: ...  I am what he gave me...  6x 6 x 5,000 gasoline, five minutes ten minutes we will be in Lod.  ...

Stop No. 1, known as "Bilal Rayyan": 6x 200 passengers.

Stop No. 2, Muhammad Assiwi: Without being pressured, 5,000 turbocharged gasoline.  .....

Stop No. 1, known as "Bilal Rayan": How long did it take you to reach Lod?

Stop No. 2, Muhammad Assiwi: Maybe 40 minutes.  " (P/20A, p. 12)

In Muhammad's words to the informant, Muhammad explicitly expresses his resentment that they traveled in the X6 car, which can cover the distance to the city of Lod in 15 minutes, but in practice the journey took 40 minutes.

The main fact that arises from Muhammad's words relates to the fact that according to his understanding, when fleeing from the murder site to the city of Lod, defendant 2 was driving at a speed that is 1/3 of the speed at which he could and should have driven, in light of the urgency of the circumstances.

It should be emphasized that Muhammad's words are generally (and even more) consistent with his first documentation at the gas station in Lod at 21:33 (P/79 and P/81), about an hour after the vehicle left the meeting point in the Hura area at approximately 2032 (see P/65, paragraph 14).

There is little weight to the fact that at the end of the day even a person from the community can understand that it is not possible to cover the aforementioned distance in 15 minutes by car, and also to the fact that in the end defendant 2 did not drive from the meeting point to Lod in 40 minutes, but in a longer period of time no decisive weight will be given.  The important detail is that defendant 2 drove the distance in an hour.
