Rabbi Mordechai Neumann and Rabbi Yosef Cohen came before us to discuss an agreement signed between them regarding the reservation of a hotel for vacationers for groups.
After hearing the parties and clarifying the matter in the transfer of the venue of the hearing, he rules as follows:

- Rabbi Neumann is obligated to comply with the aforementioned agreement and pay in advance according to the undertaking, and if he does not pay in advance, the hotel owner will receive the guests and with a heart that Rabbi Neumann will pay in advance for the rooms he managed to rent, and for the rooms he was unable to rent, he will deposit a deposit in the court for the rooms he was unable to rent, and when the venue is moved, the matter will be discussed at the beginning of the month of Elul on the date set (in the previous ruling).
Rabbi Neumann will deposit by Friday, the 14th of Menachem Av, three signed checks without a sum in hand at the transfer of the place of the "Remember Avraham" discussion.

On August 26,2025, a hearing was held to which the parties were summoned, the applicant appeared himself, while the respondent appeared accompanied by counsel. At the beginning of the hearing, the respondent's counsel asked to raise a claim of disqualification against the panel of arbitrators, but the arbitrators instructed him to wait with his arguments until after hearing the arguments of the parties. Counsel for the respondent refused this outline, and left the place of arbitration together with his client.
