Defendant 1  was interrogated again on the same day - 28 February 2018 at 16:03 (P/2) and insisted on denying any connection to the murder.  He was interrogated at length about his phone conversations with the deceased on Monday (February 26, 2018). Q) reiterated his claim that the deceased was supposed to come to him after he finished working, since he was stressed and defendant 1 promised to arrange for him about NIS 3,000 or a drug buyer; He claimed that the deceased had 75 grams of a drug that he wanted to sell as much of it as possible for NIS 60 per gram, in order to repay the debt.  Defendant 1 reiterated that Defendant 2 was with him on both Sunday and Monday, when he said that on Sunday they went to the deceased's house and talked to him about the money and drugs and the deceased gave Defendant 2 at his request to "taste" the drug, but Defendant 2 did not like the price that the deceased asked for.

Defendant 2  was first interrogated by Investigator Ofer Benita on February 28, 2018 at 18:42, after he was warned on suspicion of committing offenses of use, possession, trafficking and brokering of drugs (P/10).  He was also asked to describe his actions that week, and claimed that on Sunday evening and Monday evening he stayed at the house of Defendant 1 and stayed there to sleep.  After quite a few evasions, Defendant 2 finally confirmed that on Sunday night he went with Defendant 1 to the home of the deceased, whom he did not know, that the deceased said that he owed NIS 3,000 to someone, and offered to sell them 70-80 grams of cannabis for NIS 55-60 per gram; claimed that they had arranged to meet with the deceased the next day, since they wanted to buy the drug from him for NIS 4,000-5,000 that defendant 1 was supposed to pay after he organized the money; Because defendant 1 informed him on Monday that the deceased had brought him the drugs and that they would meet with him in the evening to transfer the money to him, but the deceased did not arrive and has not answered them since.  It should be noted that a significant part of the interrogation was attended by Investigator Shai Lazmi, and some time after Defendant 2 said that the deceased had brought the drugs to Defendant 1, he left the room (P/10B is 1:05, i.e., around 19:47).
