Another inspection of the Hyundai vehicle was carried out by the Mobile Laboratory Officer, Commander Nadav Hammer, on 29 August 2022, at the police parking lot in Glilot. The report included 13 photos of the Hyundai, from which it is possible to learn where the shooters were standing relative to the vehicle and in which direction the bullets were fired from their guns. Thus, in photos 1 and 3, you can see 4 bullet entry holes in the driver's door and in the wing next to it. In Figure 5, you can see a number of bullet intake holes in the driver's seat, including in the upper parts of the seat where sensitive body parts such as the driver's chest are usually located. Photographs 12-13 document an approximate reconstruction of the flight of the bullets, in a general direction from left to right and from front to back, in a manner that corresponds to the location of the shooters according to the cameras [P/19 - Vehicle Inspection Report].
The picture regarding the shooting is completed by the opinion of Commander Assaf Hazon of the Weapons Laboratory, who received the nine bullets collected at the scene for examination and found that 7 of them were fired from one weapon, apparently a semi-automatic pistol with a patented Colt Browning action mechanism, or another weapon that bears similar marks, and that the other two bullets were fired from one weapon. However, unlike the other seven weapons, here too it is apparently a semi-automatic pistol with a patented Collett-Browning mechanism of action, or another weapon that bears similar type marks [P/22 - Expert Opinion, P/23 - Exhibit Receipt Form].
As for the treatment of the deceased after he was evacuated from the vehicle, according to the MDA report, medical forces arrived at the scene at 13:05, and found the victim without breathing and without a pulse, with gunshot wounds to the chest, abdomen and back. Basic CPR was performed and he was put in an ambulance and evacuated while being treated. Upon arrival at the hospital at 1:13 p.m., the injured man was transferred to a shock room while performing CPR, which continued in the emergency department at Shamir Medical Center, but turned up, and the deceased was pronounced dead at 1:25 p.m. [P/24 - MDA report, P/25 - summary of a visit to the emergency medicine department].
