- From time to time, the minor visited the defendant's parents' home in the north for several hours after the defendant and her spouse brought the minor there, as the defendant's spouse testified (p. 123 of the transcript)

- When the plaintiff was hospitalized and it was not possible to hold meetings with her, the defendant tried to maintain contact by video calls, but as soon as the plaintiff noticed the defendant's spouse, she reacted intolerantly by sifting curses at her, in a way that burdened the minor, as the defendant's spouse testified (p. 126 of the transcript):

- When the plaintiff went to rehabilitation, she refused some of the meetings with the minor only because the defendant's spouse was present at them, and thus missed a priceless opportunity to maintain the relationship.
The defendant's spouse testified on this matter, in testimony that was not contradicted (p. 116 of the transcript):
