I understood in the clearest and most difficult way possible,

That I had probably finished my role in the girl's life .

May you just be happy, your family nest, the girl is happy, I am happy!

You took me out of the picture even though I always had been and gave everything for the girl!

How did you say once...  No matter what kind of relationship you have, whoever you don't accept my motherhood and my relationship with the child won't be in your life.

So I'm sure the minor will ask where my mother is and you'll already know what to answer her.

I will bring another child into the world who will know very well who his mother is and that no one will doubt my motherhood! So thank you .I did think that you really meant what you said that day not long ago that at least the girl would have a brother.

It's crazy that you feel like you're doing me a favor about the girl,

But you're euphoric and I'm happy for you.  Time will tell when the euphoria dissipates...

I swear to you that I have no anger.

In the clearest and most difficult way, I have probably finished my role in the life of the minor ."

In the sad announcement, there is a tone of bitterness and disappointment, along with acceptance of the separation and in any case with the understanding that it has no parental place in the minor's life.

  1. In March and April 2022, there was still telephone contact between the plaintiff and the minor, who told the plaintiff that she loved her, thanked her for mishloach manot for Purim, and told her about the Seder night in the kindergarten, as indicated by transcripts of conversations between the plaintiff and the minor (Appendix 52, pp. 516-518 to the plaintiff's exhibits file).  On April 20, 2022, there was even a conversation between the spouses and the minor in which they showered love on each other and the minor said tothe plaintiff , "I love you."
  2. After this announcement, the plaintiff apparently felt that the relationship with the minor had been dropped under her feet, and she nevertheless turned to the plaintiff in order to anchor the relationship with the minor in writing. On April 28, 2022, the defendant sent the plaintiff a text message stating that there was no need for documents regarding parenthood, and the following were her words:

"Trust me, there is no need for any document from a lawyer to come and ugly the respectful and humane relationship that exists between us and the minor , there is nothing purer and cleaner than the fact that everything that happens is purely for reasons of respect and love, we will talk about it later, I am entering the meeting."
