When she was confronted with the argument that the defendant did not say the wording of the statement to her, since according to him during the interrogation he did not remember the wording of the statement, she replied that this does not indicate that he had indeed forgotten the wording, but that he could and did claim that he forgot in order not to give the wording of the "statement" to her (p. 95, paras. 15-34). In this context, we note that as the prosecution claims, Aya's answer is reinforced by the defendant's interrogation at the police on July 21, 2024 (P/6, p. 9, para. 162), where the defendant confessed to Officer Haim that he had made a statement and also gave the wording of the statement.
Aya also testified regarding the risk of an attack on the part of the defendant and claimed that it was not ruled out and still exists, because his ideological and ideological outlook is very, very extreme. (p. 99, paras. 26-33).
Researcher Aya left a positive and reliable general impression. Her testimony was not contradicted at any stage and in any context, it was consistent and coherent, and it was evident that she was careful to stand up for the accuracy of things and stated what she did not know for sure.
- The defendant's words and their context are also consistent in his subsequent interrogations by the ISA (P/15, P/16, P/17) Executed On 18.7.24 and 19.7.24 and were submitted with the consent of the defense, which waived the interrogators' interrogation.
During his interrogation on 18 July 2024 (P/15), he described and detailed in the videos of a different Dar'ar that he had watched; He told about his friends abroad - Tamer, Ahmed, and Bilal, with whom he watched ISIS videos, among other things.
As for downloading materials and files on the subject of explosives and poisons, the defendant claimed that he "never opened the materials he downloaded and certainly did not produce anything" (para. 24), and regarding a conversation he had with his friend Bilal about the caliph of the Islamic State organization, he explained that in August 2023, the caliph of the ISIS organization was replaced, and he sent his friend Bilal a message in which he jokingly asked whether he had made a claim to the new caliph (ibid., Section 29(8)).
