Interim Summary
- At the same time, the testimony of Interrogator Aya was not contradicted in any context, the defendant's confession is expressed and is consistent with the context of the words that are well detailed in the body of each interrogation document conducted by Aya, and these run like a thread between all of the defendant's interrogations with the ISA. The memorandums show that the term 'bi'a' and its meaning are well known to the defendant, whose great knowledge of the intricacies of a different organization of appeal has no one to dispute. The defendant detailed in detail, and not only to the investigator Aya, the personal and social circumstances that were behind his decision to make a different appeal and how it was carried out "He saw himself as belonging to the Islamic State" (As he told the investigator Aya himself, (P/14, para. 9.7).
As the prosecution claims, it is clear that the defendant's statements to Investigator Aya were said authentically in two interrogations that were carried out at reasonable hours, including an entire night in which the defendant was not interrogated. The defendant's statements are consistent with his statements to Interrogator Regev (P/9, para. 20) that he is a supporter of ISIS, and to the statements he made during interrogations by interrogators Regev Marco and Shaul, according to which, inter alia, he uses the language of various Da'ar'ar operatives (P/12, P/15), including his description of his mental and social state in the period preceding the making of the statement, and his admission that he downloaded manuals for the preparation of explosives to his personal device. Bombs and poisons, connected by ISIS.
The defendant's confession during police interrogation

- While he was prevented from meeting with an attorney, the first interrogation of the defendant was conducted by the police, on 21 July 2024, by Policeman Haim Al-Shami (Exhibit 6), who served as the head of the investigation team, and in order to complete the picture, it should be noted that Officer Haim interrogated the defendant on three different dates (21 July 2024, 23 July 2024 and 2 August 2024) and through him the defendant's statements were submitted (Exhibit 6, Exhibit 7, and Exhibit 8, respectively).
In his first interrogation, the defendant confessed to Officer Haim that he had browsed the ISIS news website Ra'ud, and showed how he had reached that site. The defendant said in his interrogation that he watched the news, and the videos that Da'ar'er differed from the distributor, explaining that these were videos of war, shots during battle, bombings and beheadings.
