The defendant confirmed that the videos and photos of Da'ar'ar Mishna that were shown to him during the interrogation were the ones he downloaded from the "Ra'ud" website (Q. 153 onwards), as well as confirmed the conversations with his friend Ahmad Falawji (Q. 20); He confirmed the conversations with Tamer Ismail (Q. 210), and reiterated that he had downloaded files and a lot of information from a different Dar'ar (Q. 211 onwards).

Testimony of Policewoman Wafika
- Policewoman Wafika Amon testified that the course of the defendant's interrogation was proper: "... There was nothing unusual... And if there was anything unusual I would have noted." (p. 19, paras. 14-15), "The interrogee sat in front of me, I asked him and he answered me, before I asked him and he answered me I warned him according to the law, and I asked him if he had received advice from his lawyer and he approved it for me. The interrogation was conducted in Hebrew." (p. 17, para. 4). She further stated that all that was recorded in the defendant's statement were the words of the defendant himself (p. 17, s. 15, s. 21 and s. 30-33, and p. 18, s. 3).
In her cross-examination, Wupika categorically denied that she had written down things that were not said by the defendant (p. 18, para. 29), and in this context she noted that the defendant had signed his interrogation in his own handwriting, and would not have done so if the written words had not been said by him (ibid., paras. 1-4). The policewoman denied and rejected the defendant's claim that in the course of his interrogation by Officer Haim (P/8, paras. 34), the interrogation was conducted aggressively and included curses and hand gestures (p. 19, paras. 8-10).
