It is easy to get the impression that Policewoman Wupica's testimony was authentic.  No flaw or contradictions were found in her testimony.  As the prosecution claims, the recording of the defendant's denial that he made a claim at all and that he denied during his interrogation by her that he had made a claim, shows that it recorded what he said in his interrogation.  Otherwise, she would have recorded that he had confessed to her to making a lawsuit and would have added such and other details that would have in order to blacken him and incriminate him.

Testimony of Policeman Haim

  1. The defendant's last interrogation with the police was conducted on 02 August 2024, by Officer Haim (P/8), who stated in his main interrogation that the defendant's interrogations with the police were conducted Without any exception, and that everything he said was recorded in the manner in which it was delivered, including a denial or a complaint, when at the end of each interrogation the defendant agreed and signed his statement (p. 42, paras. 48-50). The policeman testified that the defendant admitted on his own initiative that he had downloaded "one or two books" on explosives from the "Ra'ud" website (Q. 32), and that he explained that he did so out of curiosity, although he may have read the first page and since he was not interested, he did not continue reading.

The policeman testified that the defendant claimed to him that he did not know where files containing the preparation of poisons came from on the mobile device, even though it had been proven that they were on a large scale.

The policeman testified that the defendant confessed to him that he had made a "ploy" to ISIS, said the wording of the oath, and even mentioned to him the name of the leader of Da'ar'ar, which was changed at the time, all of his own free will (pp. 47-48).  In his testimony, he also stated that the defendant told him during his interrogations that a "bi'a" was made to the Caliph and not to the organization itself, and at his request, the defendant explained to him that the source of his knowledge was different content of Dar'ar, which he used to watch through the "Ra'ud" website, and even demonstrated to him (p. 47, paras. 5-13).
