On the ideological-ideological level, there was an increased consumption of materials relating to recognized/historical halakhic authorities of the Midras, and especially prominent in the defendant's media (mobile device) was a folder titled "Summary of the Biography of the Prophet Muhammad," containing 2 files from the "Al-Hama Library" (a well-known information body of the Midras). In this context, Da'ar'ar's "ideological adherence" to the conduct and customs of the Prophet Muhammad and the caliphs who came after him was noted as a "role model" according to which one should conduct oneself in the various levels of life.
In this respect, the author of the opinion believes that the defendant's surfing characteristics indicate that he adheres to the same conceptual "standard" of the organization's leadership. This is further strengthened by the fact that the defendant consumed content that expressed the ideological perceptions of the organization's enemies.
On the organizational level, the opinion emphasizes the defendant's consumption of content relating to the organization's prominent actions and/or events in the regional and global arena that the organization leverages for its propaganda needs. In this context, the defendant's regular and systematic consumption of the "Al-Naba" magazine (the organization's weekly magazine, which to date has published 454 issues), which constitutes the organization's "flagship propaganda product," and includes targeted content, including: detailed coverage of the activities of its various districts (including "showcase photos" of attacks and casualties); ideological articles on core issues on the agenda; speeches by the organization's leaders and spokespersons; emphasis on significant religious principles; presentation of data on the scope of the organization's activities, and more.
The opinion notes that as part of the regular weekly consumption of the "Al-Naba" issues, the defendant was conspicuous by the downloading of certain issues in which there was a specific reference to Israel/Jews, including a call to carry out attacks against Jewish and Israeli targets.
