For example, the defendant consumed issue 436 of Al-Naba, which included an official speech by the spokesperson of the Midras, Abu Khadifa Al-Ansari (March 29, 2024), in which the spokesperson referred to the war in the Gaza Strip and called for harming Jews wherever they are.  This was part of the utilization of the speech marking the 10th anniversary of the declaration of the "Caliphate" and its celebration of the deadly attack carried out in Moscow at the time by the organization's Khorasan Province (March 22, 2024, about 145 fatalities), as a "symbol" of its continued survival and "successful" activity on the ground.

The author of the opinion notes that reading a speech of this kind – which combines the labeling of Israel and the Jews as a legitimate target for terrorist activity with an emphasis on "a significant milestone in the legacy of the Midasit" (a decade since its establishment and its continued "prosperity") – entails "refueling" and boosting the motivation of consumers, such as the defendant, to act according to the organization's messages.

Prominent was the defendant's consumption of "quantitative data" that show the scope and arenas of the organization's activity in the various districts, during certain periods of time.  The figures, which appear in the issue under the heading "The Harvest of the Fighters" ("Hasad Al-Ajand"), include a "statistical" visual presentation of the data on the various terrorist attacks, divided into various parameters (the outline of the attack, the location of the attack, the number and identity of the casualties).  These figures, according to the opinion, create a feeling among the organization's activists and supporters that Da'ar'ar is different and continues to operate with great intensity, and constitutes content that contributes in particular to the increase in attacks and casualties in the organization's various districts during a "week of fighting."

In the framework of the aforesaid, it was found that the defendant followed the publications of specific districts.  For example, after the publication of the "Sinai Province" in 2018 (when it was considered one of the strongest provinces of the Midras, and promoted significant attacks against the Egyptian army, and posed a potential threat to Israeli targets along the border).
