Evidence that the Mazda vehicle in which defendant 1 was in was used to monitor the deceased until the moment of the murder
Defendant 1 was in the car with Muhammad at the time of the murder - Defendant 1 confirmed that he drove with Muhammad and Defendant 2 to the Occupied Territories, and to bring a vehicle to carry out a drug deal, and when he arrived in the Occupied Territories, Muhammad got out and he and Defendant 2 returned.
Defendant 1 also confirmed that on the day of the murder, Muhammad picked him up in his Toyota car, and they drove to the Dor Alon gas station in Lakiya, where they sat with defendants 2 and 3.
Thus, during his testimony in court, defendant 1 confirmed that he had arrived at the Dor Alon gas station for Kia together with Muhammad (F. 26 December 2022, pp. 296, 16-17; see also p. 297, 9-18; 299 s. 17-20).
Defendant 1 went on to state that after staying at the gas station, he left the gas station and drove to another place in Lakiya, where he was told to wait half an hour until they returned, and he waited in Lakiya ("You went to Lakiya, Muhammad dropped you off there, T: Yes" (p. 302, s. 19 - p. 303, s. 7), "Lakiya is not a hole" (ibid., p. 300, s. 28). Defendant 1 reiterated that he did not come to Hura that day: "No, I did not come to Hurra" (ibid., pp. 300-302). Later, he confirmed that an hour later Muhammad arrived with another person and picked him up, and then they drove to Defendant 2, "We went to Munir" (p. 303, s. 8 - p. 304, s. 5) and later drove together to Lod.
An examination of defendant 2's statements in court shows that in his testimony defendant 2 confirms with regard to defendant 1's departure from the gas station, that "Muhammad went out with Ibrahim" (P. 26.12.22, p. 357, s. 28). Defendant 3, for his part, notes in this regard that after the joint meeting at the gas station, Muhammad and defendant 1 "drove" (P. 21 March 2023, pp. 287, 28, p. 288, 3).
From the above, it appears that both defendant 2 and defendant 3 confirm that after sitting at the Dor Alon gas station, defendant 1 left the car together with Muhammad.
