Moreover, a perusal of the video (P/58) and hearing the interrogator's descriptions can constitute significant evidence that when defendant 1 was driving in the car with Muhammad sitting in the back, he knew very well that the car was intended to commit murder.
In the video, it appears that the Mazda car in which Muhammad and Defendant 1 were sitting (as noted above) was following the Ford. This indicates that after a Mazda vehicle was seen driving on the streets of Hura at 20:22, the Ford vehicle in which the deceased was driving was also seen. From that moment on, a number of actions were taken that will testify that the Mazda vehicle in which defendant 1 was driving began to follow the Ford vehicle while following it for about three minutes as it passed through several streets and several roundabouts. Thus, at 20:23, the Mazda was seen making a stop on the side of the road, and only after the Ford car passed it and was seen turning right at Elnoor Square, did it begin to drive after it in the same direction. Later in the same minute, the Ford turned right at another roundabout and the Mazda followed it onto the same street. A minute later, at 20:24, the deceased's car was seen on the same street, and seconds later a Mazda vehicle. Another minute of driving passes, and at 20:25, the deceased's car is seen turning at another roundabout, followed by a slow-moving Mazda vehicle.
Later, the deceased's car was seen making a stop in the parking lot of a bakery, and immediately afterwards the Mazda vehicle followed him and continued driving and after being in eye contact with the parking spot, he made another turn in the roundabout and resumed his way until he reached the deceased's car again. At this stage, no Mazda vehicle is seen in the video, but a few minutes later, when the deceased exited the bakery and reached his car, he stood up and leaned against the passenger window, the video showed the Mazda coming from the other side, and stopped behind the Ford. The Mazda waited for about 10 seconds, which appeared to be waiting for the purpose of confirming the identity of the murdered man, and then a man was seen getting out of the Mazda and firing three shots at the deceased. Immediately afterwards, and without any delay and as a pre-planned act, already after the first bullet is fired, the Mazda begins to drive very slowly even before the shooter gets into his car, and after the shooter gets into the car, it begins to accelerate from the scene.
