The minor's words, "She has no name for me...  "She is not a grandmother, she is not an aunt, she is nothing" (quoted above) speak for themselves and make it clear that she does not serve as a parental figure for her.

The minor's words to the plaintiff who told her warmly, "I love you and miss you, and you will know that my heart and yours are never separated," and the minor replied, "He is separated," also speak for themselves.

It appears that the decreasing frequency of meetings, together with the significant time difference between the last meeting at the minor's home and the last meeting with the social worker, had an impact on the way in which the plaintiff does not serve as a parental figure in the minor's world.

  1. It was found that in addition to the doubt as to the intention of joint parenthood, the best interests of the minor show that there is no room for the issuance of a judicial parenting order regarding a figure who is not a parent in the eyes of the minor. There is no doubt that the plaintiff loves the minor with all her heart, but the best interest of the minor indicates that a parenting order at this stage will be an artificial step for the minor that does not reflect the reality of her life and will burden her unnecessarily.

  2. As for the length of stay, in the absence of a parenting order, there is no reason to obligate their obligation, but there is room to examine the best interests of the minor. In our case, an examination of the matter shows that there is no reason to order their existence, which is supported by the position of the social worker who wrote (pp.  9-10 of the brief):

"I do not ignore the fact that during the interaction session, and despite the minor's strong and ongoing opposition to it, it was possible to discern how there was a gradual reduction in the intensity of her anxiety and how she began to adapt to the encounter with her
