Biography
Ann is Head of our Banking and Finance team and advises on a range of banking and finance transactions and issues.
She has extensive experience in acting for Irish and international banks and financial institutions (Bank of Ireland, Allied Irish Banks, Ulster Bank, KBC Bank Ireland), mezzanine lenders, private funders and corporate borrowers in the context of banking and finance transactions. Sectors include real estate and construction, transport and logistics, travel and leisure, retail, natural resources and energy.
Ann qualified as a solicitor in 2001. She joined Whitney Moore in July 2016 as a partner and Head of our Banking and Finance team, having been a partner in another leading law firm.
