Attorney Doron Afik, the managing partner of Afik & Co., joined the faculty of the Hebrew University's prestigious program - EMBA - and will teach a course in mergers and acquisitions.
Afik is the managing partner of the law firm Afik & Co., which specializes, among other things, in mergers and acquisitions, international transactions and commercial litigation.
The EMBA program is a unique study program for managers for a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in integrative management.
Doron Afik holds a graduate degree in law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is qualified as a lawyer in New York and Israel. Qualified as a notary in Israel. A graduate of the European Union's advanced arbitrators' course in the settlement of international disputes outside the walls of the court (mediation and arbitration) and a graduate of ICC training.
He lectures at the academy in the areas of: mergers and acquisitions, government and municipal companies and New York state law.
