Reminder to pay annual Companies Registrar fee

As every year, an annual fee must be paid to the Registrar of Companies. Failure to pay the fee by March 31, 2020, will result in overpayment and risk of being considered a company not in good standing. Under the regulations issued 01.01.2020, payment of the annual fee until 31.3.2020, entitles to a discount - payment of an annual fee of ILS 1137 (instead of ILS 1511, which will apply from 1.4.2020).
