Avoidance from publishing proper pricing data is grounds for a class claim

A request to approve a class action was filed arguing non publicity of correct pricing and non-publicity of the option to purchase cheaper products.

The Court held that the Israeli Consumer Protection Law prohibits any action that may mislead a consumer as to any material issue of a transaction, the price of the transaction being a material data.  For that reason the Court granted the motion for a class claim.  However, the Court found that the claimant had no personal claim but in lieu of rejecting the motion ordered the attorney of the claimant to find a substitute class claim claimant within 60 days.
